• S’il y a plusieurs questions à la fois, vous pouvez répondre dans le même bloc : l’outil saura reconnaître l’information. Vous pouvez tout à fait passer à la ligne avec le bouton “Entrée”.  
• N’hésitez pas, donnez-lui des informations qui vous caractérisent, ou même des éléments de réponse que vous avez déjà écrits ailleurs, cela fera une lettre d’autant plus personnalisée. Encore une fois, aucune donnée n’est collectée, c’est votre brouillon.  
• Parfois, l’outil a un problème d’accent : il ne les reconnaît plus. C’est un bug courant en AI, et si cela vous arrive, demandez-lui d’enlever les accents, pour une meilleure fluidité de lecture.  
• Une fois que l’outil prépare la lettre, ça peut prendre quelques minutes, c’est normal. 

Pour conclure, c’est votre outil : posez-lui des questions, dites-lui si vous ne pouvez pas répondre à une question, demandez-lui des précisions. Le but est de faire ressortir le meilleur de votre projet, et de vous faire gagner du temps.

No, not at all. Respecting your data is very important to us. Here is what happens:

• Your conversation with the tool is available on your workstation. It remains available for one week unless you delete it. This allows you to find it again by clicking the link if you accidentally closed the tab. (To enable this, the information is stored, encrypted, for one week and then completely erased.)
• If you use the “clear and start over” button in the top right and confirm, EVERYTHING is erased. There is no trace left on your device or on our servers.
• The data is not used for training the tool, nor is it commercialized, nor is it used for future purposes.

The secondary functions (buttons) are described in three languages, but the tool can work in the language of your choice, among more than 7,000 languages. The final letter will be output in French, as that is the language used by the jury.

Depending on the amount of information you have, it will take between 20 and 60 minutes. You can also complete it in multiple sessions by simply picking up the conversation where you left off. You can input content you already have to save time. If that seems too long, you can ask the tool to skip certain questions or to give you a draft using the information it already has. To give you an idea of the time remaining, the tool will indicate the stage you have reached.

The tool provides you with a draft letter to copy, which you can then:

• Copy as is and go edit in a document.
• Click on "Edit" to make corrections directly in the tool, or ask the tool to make changes, and then copy it into a document.

The added bonus! When you use the "Download" button in the top right corner, the tool provides you with a document in "CSV" format (recognized by Excel and other open-source software). This document tracks your entire conversation, for your own records, or so you can copy excerpts that might be useful elsewhere.
