Lachapelle as Vice-Chair. Already serving as Vice-Chair, Awovi has repeatedly demonstrated strong and unifying leadership. Her rigour, analytical skills and engaged presence have marked our work. She brings together professionalism, strategic insight and attentive listening, strengthening the cohesion of the Board. Marc, for his part, has been deeply involved since joining the Board. His nuanced understanding of social issues, attention to detail and steady presence make him a key contributor to our reflections and decisions. His methodological approach and sensitivity enrich our collective work. The Board has also re-elected Alexis Grégoire-Gendron as Treasurer. His effectiveness, steadiness and the clarity he brings to our financial data have become important reference points that meaningfully support our decision-making. We also wish to express our deep appreciation to our outgoing Chair, Tori Hellrung. Over the past three years, she has carried out her mandate in an exemplary manner. Her strategic insight, her decisive contribution to the comprehensive review of our governance, and the fair and diligent implementation of renewed practices have left a lasting mark on the Fondation. We sincerely thank her for the entirety of her mandate. We extend our warm thanks to the entire Board for the quality of its engagement.
